Recommendations on take-out food that won't cause instant cholesterol levels to soar/have so much salt that will cause body to shrivel, please.

I am gratified by the lack of chaos lately. Presumably this heralds the oncoming apocalypse, obviously, but it was nice while it lasted.

When your intern throws two box files out of the window mid-dramatic gesture is when you know you need to cough up the resources to hire someone, rather than rely on college kids. Anyone with one of these want a job?

Good grief, one of those files had the Thoroughgood case notes in it. Once she's found it, I'm firing her and then taking the night off. In need of a stiff drink.

This film is utter bull.

I gather congratulations are in order. Don't normally see many couples happy in my line of work so it's a nice thing to see.

Got given a long weekend by the firm; one of the partners is taking off to Aspen with his girlfriend, so the entire place is shutting. Not complaining. Wizard of Oz is set up on the TiVo, I plan on popping corn and ignoring case-work for the entirity of the weekend.

I'm making a concession. Does pizza count as a concession? I'm also not cooking for the weekend.
